I'm Erica K., the breeder behind Royalty Tracks πŸ‘‘πŸΎ located in Utah. Our dogs are health tested and come from highly sought-after lines. We work hard to produce the best quality puppies we can. Many of my dogs were imported here from other countries to help with breed diversity. They are raised in our home as part of the family.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I went to a lot of events with my siberians and learned about structure movement and temperament, eventually I bought books and videos of breeding and researched harder than ever. When I was 15 I got my first pair of Siberians, one from PA and the other from ID. The female never ended up being able to breed, the more I learned about dogs the better dogs I acquired. Took years of trial and error.

  • What makes your program special?

    Me. I'm very picky about what dogs I breed, their pedigrees, structure and temperaments. I do my best with what tools I have. I'm open minded and always eagar to learn.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Chihuahua puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Yorkshire Terrier puppies include chocolate and tan, black and gold, tan, blue and gold, and black and tan. Chihuahua puppies include black, blue fawn, blue merle, black and tan, red and white, fawn and white, blue and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Erica

Erica has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $1,000 deposit and between $1,500 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

β€œPuppies come socialized with 5 way shots and de-wormed. Puppy packet with food, toy and a blanket. Akc papers available to show homes that plan to show and finish the puppy prior to breeding. Non refundable if buyer backs out on the puppy. 100% Refundable if something happens on the breeders end.”
