I'm Shirley N., the breeder behind S and R kennels located in Lorain, OH. We breed high-quality German Shepherds. We love what we do and are committed to producing healthy puppies for loving homes. We are Shepherd lovers through and through! Our dogs are such an important part of our lives, and we can’t imagine being without them. It’s an amazing experience as breeders to provide others with puppies that we know will bring them the same joy!

Loved dogs and animals all my life
What makes your program special?
I care about my puppies and try to find them a life long home.. I strive to make sure that they don’t end up at the dog pound or on the streets … I love them and keep in touch with my puppy owners.. The pups will have vaccines and be wormed before they leave me .. I take my puppies to the veterinary clinic to have them examined and have the shots and be warned. I don’t do it myself. I wanna make sure that I’m not overlooking something…
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include long and stock coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and silver, black and tan, black and red, and bi-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Shirley

Shirley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Shirley partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

Shirley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Bozorg is a big Black Shepherd he loves to run and loves to play ball. He’s gentle as far as strangers or anything. He’s about 130 pounds. He’s very big and he’s tall also about 30 inches or 31 inches. He is AKC registered.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
