We of course do health testing, as we love a "ride or die" part of the family. Why did you start breeding?
I had dogs my whole life as I was a Jr. Handler with many breeds as my mother had Afghans, saluki, borzoi, dobermans. In 92 after college I bought an afghan down from the 83 Westminster winner Pepsi for my Mom. They didn't get along, that was my start in afghans! I love them! A lady sent me a true hairless chinese crested named Skittles to show for her, we feel in love with the breed! Sharpei too.What makes your program special?
Over 25 years, we didn't breed much, but we had a line that had a long lifespan I suppose. As we always had calls back wanting dogs with our temperaments, from people after 13, 14, 16 years when their dogs from us passed. They had other cresteds, but said ...we heard time and again...that the bond was different. They were a part of their family and very bonded. We are proud of the dogs we raised!What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include powderpuff and hairless coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Dyann Joyce partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
“I wait until 6 weeks to even list or accept deposits so I can give an honest evaluation. From high energy to couch potato, dogs can range a lot! We casually show, so a show prospect we wait til 8 to 10 weeks. If we deny buyers as the dog is taken off the site so people move on. That's why we do not refund deposits. But 50% can be applied upon an agreed on future puppy or other arrangement. Thank you for understanding as just a few weeks is a big part of their life.”

“Price includes AKC registration, UKC registration (if needed for performance events, show etc). Up to date on all puppy shots, worm. 10 yr. health guarantee, and puppy package w trimmers. Vid updates. We do not accept deposits until you see videos & pics to ensure the puppy is right for you. We give honest temperament evaluations and show evals by video. Face time real life calls, visits are fine!”

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
