Why did you start breeding?
Steve has loved Samoyeds for decades. Their gentle spirit, loyalty, and joyful nature captured his heart, and he often says, “There should be a Samoyed in every home.” We were drawn to Paradise, CA, a place whose name matched our vision. After the town’s tragic Camp Fire in 2018, we felt called to help restore beauty, and what better way than through the Samoyed's that brings so much love and joy?What makes your program special?
At Samoyeds of Paradise, we are breeding for the intelligent, devoted, robust line that makes the best working dogs and service dogs at your side. We don’t just breed dogs, we nurture dogs that become companions and family members that ensures they are socialized in a way that builds confidence, calmness, and strong connections with people.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Sultan is our majestic, big-hearted sire, affectionately known as Mr. Wonderful. With his power, build and graceful stride, he's a vision in motion, especially when pulling his custom cart. Despite his strength, Sultan is a true gentleman: attentive and calm. His long flowing white coat and strikenly large, expressive eyes give him that classic, regal Samoyed appearance. Whether he is running with joy or quietly standing guard, Sultan radiates beauty and draws attention from anyone that sees him. We adopted Sultan from North Dakota.

Gogo is our soulful service dog with a heartfelt gentleness about him. Always close by Steve's side, Gogo takes his role seriously, offering steadiness, calm support, and companionship wherever he goes. He is well-mannered, easygoing, and deeply intuitive. He is methodical and moves with intention. You can see the depth of his personality in his eyes that win everyone over. He loves the attention of chin scratches and peacful moments at our feet when he is not working. We adopted Gogo from Canada.

Luna is our radiant young mama, we couldn't be prouder of her. The daughter of two Best-in-Show parents, Luna carries a distinguished lineage and was purposfully bred for excellent stature and strong rear hip development. She is beautiful as well as balanced, powerful, and graceful. She is the epitome of high-quality breeding. Beyond her physique, Luna has always had the heart of a mother. From an earyl age, she displayed nurting instincts, gentle attentivemness and a caring spirit. She is confident and well-behaved.
