I'm Kelly S., the breeder behind Sassy Sailor & Company located in Cameron, SC. It is our goal to produce adorable, affectionate puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and make wonderful companions. Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After many years, 4 kids and ignoring many of Gods nudges I finally decided to quit work and to stay home to homeschool my youngest of 4 kids. My love for my cavalier transpired into creating the perfect Cavapoo. Something I could do at home and in our home.

  • What makes your program special?

    The time we spend with our pups loving them, socializing them from day #1 far exceeded others. These babies are part of our lives and daily rhythm for the entire 8 weeks they are here!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Cavapoo puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Yorkipoo puppies include silver and black. Cavapoo puppies include merle, tri-color, and chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kelly

Kelly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kelly partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $3,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
