I'm Linda M., the breeder behind Semper Fi K-9 located in Kaufman, TX. Semper Fi K-9 German shepherds are selected for their beauty, intelligence, and temperament. They come from some of the best European bloodlines in the world. All of our breeding dogs are health tested and live in our home with us as part of our family. They do not live in kennels.

About Wella
Wella is a gorgeous black and red European import with a sweet disposition to match. She was sired by Italian Sieger champion Thiago von der Piste Trophe. Her grandsire is 2X World Sieger Willy vom Kuckucksland, and her pedigree includes many other top dogs including Chacco von der Freiheit Westerholt and Yoker vom Pendler. She has a1 stamp hips, Normal elbows.

About Magnum
Magnum is our newest import. He is IGP2, KKL with an SG rating. He has a1 hips (normal) and normal elbows, is DM-clear, and has tested clear on an entire Embark panel for diseases pertaining to German Shepherds. Magnum has a wonderful disposition and loves being with his family. He is the son of 2021 World Sieger Mondo di Casa Palomba and his mother was chosen as #2 German Shepherd female in the world in 2021 - Annie Team Colonna.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
