Scott and Genia were absolutely amazing! Before my husband and I found S&G, we had been scammed by someone on the internet. My husband's "door" that was once wide open to getting a puppy was quickly closing. I then found Good Dog as well as S&G. I could see that they were AKC approved and they were very open with us. Scott personally video called my husband and I to not only prove that he was real, but to make sure I was real and that our home would be suitable for our puppy. We got updates prior to the pick-up date and were given clear instructions upon pick-up. They keep a very clean house as well as nesting play pen for the puppies. The mom and father were very well taken care of and in amazing health. Their pricing was, in my opinion, perfect! They kept the price the same for all the puppies, even if one or two had special markings or coloring. Our first night with our puppy, named Ruby June, was fantastic! She slept through the entire night without crying and in the following weeks, she learned basic commands extremely quickly. She is now two years of age and is wonderful with babies, kids, teens, adults, and other dogs (big and small). Over the past two years we update Scott and Genia with pictures of Ruby and if we ever have any questions they are quick to respond. Thank you Scott and Genia for giving our family the best dog ever!

Scott was great! He was very responsive and sent many updates about our puppy and lots of pictures as well to show her progress. We enjoyed using gooddog as it made our experience very easy and allowed us to gain a fur friend that we love so much.
