From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the well-being of his puppies. It’s clear that he prioritizes responsible breeding, ensuring the puppies are raised in a healthy and loving environment. The entire process was smooth, with great communication and frequent updates. When I picked up my puppy from the airport, I was so impressed by the care taken to ensure his safety during his travels —he was secure in his crate with a water bottle and food attached, making his journey as comfortable as possible. On top of that, he came 99% potty trained, which made the transition into my home incredibly easy! What truly set this experience apart was the support I received after bringing my puppy home. Nathaniel checked in with me the next day and again a few days later to ensure everything was going well. As a new dog owner, I really appreciated that level of care and guidance—it made me feel supported every step of the way and truly showed how much he loves his animals.
