Vanessa was fantastic to work with! It was difficult to find breeders as a secondary communication for my parents and as a student, but she was very patient and helpful with the time needed to relay information back and forth. The weekly updates and photos of our puppy were very considerate and she was on top of everything from starter food to microchipping to pet insurance. My family and I would highly recommend Shoen Saint Bernards and couldn’t be happier with this experience!

Vanessa was great to work with! She sent weekly “pupdates” with the most adorable pictures. I truly felt the anticipation growing with each update, it’s very obvious she cares for these little ones like they are her own babies. My pup ( Eden) had a long journey to Seattle, Vanessa made this process seamless and really eased any worries I had. This was a great experience, the puppy is even cuter in person!

Things went better than I imagined. I had no idea how you could get a dog in Minnesota and bring him to Los Angeles. The process was very easy. Vanessa guided me through the process the entire way. Everything worked out perfect. I've shared pictures with the breeder of the latest LA transplant. I hope to continue to share pictures as a beautiful st Bernard grows up here in Los Angeles. Thanks again Vanessa
