I'm Holly B., the breeder behind Simply Sweet Paws. LLC located in South Jordan, UT. Our dogs are very loving and make great companions for the young or old. Our puppies are all allergy friendly and low to non-shedding. We pride ourselves on providing you with the best puppy possible!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started breeding Cocker Spaniels many years ago. After I got married, we got our first little Yorkie! We then bred her and continued on with Yorkies. I took a break from breeding for several years while raising our young children but we were anxious to start our program up again! We picked back up in our breeding of Cavalier's and Cavapoos, which we adore!

  • What makes your program special?

    I am a smaller in-home breeder which gives me more individual time with my dogs and their pups! I also spend time potty training and crate training them to help with the transition to their forever homes. My family loves dogs and love to see that smile on your face when your puppy is delivered!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include tri-color, blenheim, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Holly

Holly has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Holly partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Holly is truly the best breeder I could have imagined—she is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and raises her puppies with so much care and structure. She carefully chose the dam and sire, and the result shows in Mobu’s wonderful temperament and health. Scheduling the pick-up was smooth and flexible as well. My flight from San Francisco was delayed by six hours, yet Holly was so kind and accommodating, adjusting our meet-up time without hesitation. Mobu came with an amazingly solid foundation of crate training—he hasn’t had a single accident in his crate or carrier, and we’ve been enjoying peaceful evenings every day. These first two weeks with him have been absolutely wonderful, and all our friends who’ve met him adore him just as much as we do. Good Dog also made the adoption process very simple and reassuring, and their puppy training resources have been so helpful for us as first-time dog owners. If you are considering adopting from Holly, you can be confident you’ll be bringing home not only a healthy, happy puppy, but also the result of a breeder who truly cares.
