I'm Teal L., the breeder behind Sky Mist Acres located in Maribel, WI. We provide happy, healthy, and well-balanced puppies to all our puppy families. Health, temperament, and confirmation are extremely important in our breeding program. We offer a lifetime commitment to all our puppies and their new families, we are always available to help in anyway possible.

Why did you start breeding?
I have always loved animals, but I got interested in breeding in 2012 after purchasing our first AKC Standard Poodle. Our girl, "Zelda", was an amazing family dog with great conformation and temperament. After two years of research, we had our first litter in 2014 and loved every minute of it. Raising a litter of puppies properly is a lot of hard work, but also an extremely rewarding experience. After a few years of raising Standard Poodles, we then fell in love with Mini Goldendoodles and had our first litter of Doodles in 2018.What makes your program special?
Communication! Getting a new puppy is a very exciting and special time for any puppy family. We provide excellent communication with our puppy families, sharing new pictures and videos daily, sending personality updates, and answering any questions that they might have along the way! We love raising puppies, and will always be there for our puppies and their families if they ever need anything.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Teal has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
"Our puppies are chosen at 8 weeks of age. A non-refundable $400 deposit will hold your puppy pick position. First deposit received will reserve first pick of the specified gender, and so forth."

Teal may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Full Embark Panel, Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type 1
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
