I'm Gabrielle S., the breeder behind Smithfield Park located in Kingston, TN. Our dogs and pups are raised in our home and are loved as family. We strive to produce high-quality show prospects and companions. We enjoy showing our dogs, and they are our companions in every adventure. We are invested in Whippets and in helping the breed thrive. We do all that we can to give our puppies the best lives, including proper health care, thorough socialization, and finding them each wonderful, loving homes.

What makes your program special?
Our Whippets are our pets; they live in our home, sleep with our children, and are loved on and played with every day. When we travel, they go with us. Our puppies are born in our bedrooms and are raised in our living room; they are a part of everything we do. Once old enough, we take them to town with us and meet folks at local outdoor eateries and parks — the human kind, NOT dog parks.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue fawn, white and fawn, white and fawn brindle, and fawn brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Litter update on 23 Jan. 2025 •…Weather warmed up enough for some outdoor lead training and puppy-play-time in the orchard. Everybody is starting to taking their litter box training and apply it on our walks, which is a big step in the right direction.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
