I'm Emma W., the breeder behind Snow Peak Kennel located in Silver Summit, UT. Puppies leave for their forever home with all age appropriate shots and vet exams. Any canine from my breeding that a family can no longer keep will be readily accepted back into my care without judgment or question.

Why did you start breeding?
Breeding has run in my family since I was a child. Back in Australia, my mother bred registered APBT's and Staffordshire Bull Terriers.What makes your program special?
My puppies are all treated equal, no matter size, gender, or pattern. They are kitchen raised, and from birth are exposed to the happenings of a busy and hectic life, making for much more stable individuals with family life. They are exposed to adult dogs of varying sizes, and that of exotic pets, too. Before puppies leave for their new home, they begin crate training and potty training.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our Chihuahua puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Chihuahua puppies are merle. Bracco Italiano puppies include white and orange and white and chestnut. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Emma has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $430 non-refundable deposit and between $1,770 - $3,070 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Litter update on 03 Nov. •…Pregnancy is confirmed! Vet estimated 3 puppies through ultrasound. Xray is scheduled for Dec 1st if she hasn’t had them by then for better count. If anyone is still interested now is the time to contact and make it known! I will no longer make contact after numerous ghostings by people. Picks and deposits will be made by serious orders received. Please be aware that any females will be $4,000. Puppies will go home with full registration.

Program update on 21 Sept. •…Our upcoming dam, Nyra, started her heat a few days ago! If everything works out we will be having our first AKC registered litter from AKC registered Nyra and AKC registered stud Howl. Very excited for this milestone and super excited to see what these two produce. We’d expect medium energy pups with beautifully sweet temperaments as both parents aren’t yappy and are incredibly sweet.

AKC & NAVHDA registered. Handler oriented and focused, R2 lives for being with his people. He has an exceptional off switch, but when working, would run himself into the ground if allowed. He is stubborn and hardheaded with a loud hound like mouth, but his natural instinct for birds has been present since his birth. He has a love of hunting the right game birds, as he has never gone after our chickens despite his drive for the hunt.

AKC & NAVHDA registered. Stamina for days, Ro would go out working nonstop if she could. Her off switch is near nonexistent in place of astounding work ethic. She is very birdy with an insatiable prey drive and high energy. She is very obedient and much softer to negative reinforcement, but bounces back extremely quick.

She loves being out and being active, and will usually throw a tantrum if she sees us getting our bikes out without her, or starting up our UTV and not bringing her. Her personality is very cat-like in the home. She is very social and well behaved. Our vet gushes about her personality every visit.

I have never in my life met a sweeter dog. He is absolutely tiny, and pictures don’t do that justice. Despite his small stature, he thinks he’s as tall as our biggest dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
DNA Repository
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Emma is fantastic! I am so pleased by my experience in getting our long hair Chihuahua Anubis. He has been so sweet and came with a great foundation towards potty training, socialization, and basic commands. They also took the time to desensitize him to loud noises and grooming/nail trimming which has made a world of difference. We've been so pleased we're already planning to watch for their next litter.
