Absolutely wonderful experience. Rick is very communicative and responsive. It definitely helps with the process specially, in our case being far away and anxious to meet our little Oso. This review is long over due, as we got our little boy at the end of June of 2025. Rick sent us pictures of Oso ( then male 1) so we could see any little changes until a couple of days we picked him up. When we arrived at Rick's, the puppies were in an open space and playing, they were all so precious that you can't help it but wanting to take them all home! The space was very clean and he sure has the space to make them feel comfortable. Now, about Oso, we could not be happier! Oso, as I told Rick, is a gift! He is a gorgeous, happy, one year old boy! Just perfect! Thank you, Rick for making the process feel like a breeze!

You always responded promptly to questions, provided helpful information and photos whenever asked, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Your facility was clean and clearly well cared for, and it was obvious how much love and attention you give your dogs. I also appreciated your follow-up after we brought our puppy home—it really showed your dedication to their well-being. Our puppy is doing great! He’s been checked by our vet and is healthy, happy, and thriving. He has a great personality and temperament—intelligent, curious, and affectionate. Of course, he’s teething, chewing, and nipping a bit, but that’s to be expected. He weighed about three pounds when we picked him up, and after a week he’s already up to four. He’s truly a wonderful addition to our family. We’re so pleased with our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a healthy, well-raised mini schnauzer.
