About Kodi
Kodi is hands-down the cutest dog on the block—his charm, personality, and heart of gold make him impossible to ignore. Affectionate by nature, Kodi loves nothing more than snuggles, attention, and making everyone around him smile. He's also a total goofball, known for his hilarious antics and boundless enthusiasm for water—whether it's a lake, a pool, or even the garden hose, he's in his happy place when he's splashing around.
But Kodi isn't just playful—he’s also pedigreed. As a purebred with both AKC (American Kennel Club) and UKC (United Kennel Club) registrations, Kodi comes from a distinguished champion line. In fact, his brother is a decorated AKC Champion show dog, and Kodi shares the same refined qualities, from his striking appearance to his confident gait.
Kodi is the perfect blend of beauty, brains, and heart. With his affectionate temperament, championship bloodline, and joyful personality, he truly stands out as an extraordinary companion.

Nancy is such a sweet and honest woman, from the moment I made the choice to adopt a puppy with her to after bringing him home. She is very knowledgeable about the breed. After a short few days with my pup I could tell how attentive and caring she was in his early days. So happy to have a puppy from her AKC dogs to add to our family adventures.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Nancy at SoCal American Eskimos
I can’t say enough good things about Nancy and SoCal American Eskimos! From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the breed. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her dogs and is deeply committed to raising healthy, well-socialized American Eskimos.
Nancy kept us updated throughout the process. We felt involved and informed every step of the way. When it was finally time to bring our puppy home, everything was smooth and organized. She provided a detailed health record, feeding instructions, and even a little care package to help us get started.
Our puppy is not only beautiful but also smart, sweet, and very well-adjusted — a clear reflection of the love and attention Nancy puts into early development and socialization. You can tell these pups are raised in a home full of care and structure, not a kennel environment.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and compassionate American Eskimo breeder in Southern California, look no further than Nancy. She’s the real deal.
Thank you, Nancy, for helping us find the perfect new family member!
