I'm Tamra A., the breeder behind Son Kissed Puppy Co located in Virginia Beach, VA. Our journey began as a beautiful extension of our family life. What started as a love for homeschooling project to teach our children about entrepreneurship, responsibility, and empathy soon blossomed into a deep devotion to the Cavapoo breed after losing one of our own pups too soon.

Why did you start breeding?
Authentic Breeding Practices I have a circle of breeder friends and vets here in our area that have been encouraging me to get started because of our passion for animals, family dynamics, and gifting JOY to others. I have such great support, avid training and access to everything needed to thrive.
What makes your program special?
Research shows ENS-trained puppies tend to have stronger cardiovascular systems, better stress tolerance, and calmer temperaments. We complete ENS along with Early Scent Introduction (ESI) with every litter to give our puppies the best possible foundation before they ever leave our home.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include merle, brown, black and white, black, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Tamra

Tamra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Tamra partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Every Son Kissed Puppy goes home with: A vet health certificate Up-to-date vaccinations Microchip ENS support and potty-training prep A puppy pack to help them settle in. Upon deposit we have a first come first serve color and gender choice available. We will provide regular updates, photos and facetime and if you are nearby we can schedule a snuggle session too!”

Contract & health guarantee

Tamra may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Our puppy is doing great! He has been playing a ton and exploring his new space. And he's been very sweet and friendly meeting all his new people. He seems very relaxed! He loves wrestling with our cats, who adore him. And he's so relaxed around new people and animals. He's been to the vet and gotten his shots, and he handled them really well! He loves playing in the backyard. And he gets the zoomies all the time. We’re so grateful to have him in our family. What a wonderful start Tamra and her family gave to our pup!
