I'm Kristin L., the breeder behind Southern Minnesota Pomskies located in Mankato, MN. Our goal is to breed the highest quality of Pomsky puppies to bring into your family! All of our dogs undergo Embark Breeder testing for genetic health. Our breeding dogs and puppies are also completely health screened through a veterinarian at Summer's Ridge Clinic. We are proud members of the International Pomsky Association, and look forward to connecting with you!

Why did you start breeding?
My husband has always loved Siberian Huskies, and I have always loved small to medium sized dogs. After years of research, we fell in love with the Pomsky breed, which is a happy medium between the two! We strive to not only produce beautiful puppies, but to preserve the breed to ensure that other families can enjoy Pomskies just as much as we have for generations to come.What makes your program special?
Our Pomsky parents are just as amazing as our dogs! We have a private Pomsky Facebook page where we share funny stories, ask advice, and share photos of our puppies. We place extreme importance and care to the health of all of our dogs; and use Embark DNA testing prior to breeding. In my breeding program, good health and temperament are essential, cuteness is guaranteed, and lots of love is always included.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include mini and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white, black, black and white, chocolate, and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

DNA Disease Panel, DNA Profile, Agouti DNA Test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
