Meet the breeder

I'm Kae L., the breeder behind Sparrow Glen Doodles located in Clinton, MO. Our dogs are bred with high quality standards on health, structure, and temperament. We strive to produce the best well rounded, quality family pets that we absolutely can.

Q. & A. with Kae

  • Why did you start breeding?

During COVID my mom was having litters and I decided I wanted to get into my own breed, alongside helping her. I chose a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, because they are small but active companions that enjoy snuggling and adventure equally! My first litter was born in 2025 and I’ve loved every second of it!
  • What makes your program special?

I choose my dogs based on health, structure, and temperament. Those core three values I believe help to make stable, healthy pets that live long fulfilled lives with their future families.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include merle, blenheim, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kae

Kae has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Kae partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

“We want each puppy to strive in its future family and for that reason we wait to do our temperament testing until puppies are 7-8 weeks old. By this time we have a great idea of what each puppies individual traits are and what kind of family suits them best! ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $2,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes a 2 year health guarantee, a go home puppy pack full of goodies, and meeting within the Kansas City area.”
