Meet the breeder

I'm Addison S., the breeder behind Spring Creek Irish Setters located in Franklin, ID. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament and are raised so they can perform well in a variety of venues. We love our dogs and are dedicated to providing you with the best possible Setter for your family.

Q. & A. with Addison

  • Why did you start breeding?

I purchased my first female with a tentative interest in breeding. Little did I know how much she would teach me and how much I would fall in love with this breed. I want to share and promote that love with anyone who is interested.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs are at least CHIC health tested and live at home with us! They are painstakingly chosen for their pedigree, temperament, and health. We will never have more than three in our home; that way they get all the love and attention they deserve. We love our puppies and strive to place each one in an enriching and loving home!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
