I'm Kaitlyn L., the breeder behind Suburban Farm Tennessee located in Hendersonville, TN. It is our goal to produce adorable, affectionate puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and make wonderful companions. We are dog lovers through and through! Our pups are such an important part of our lives, and we can’t imagine being without them. It’s an amazing experience as breeders to provide others with puppies that we know will bring them the same joy!

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $1,900 - $2,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Kaitlyn may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
