I'm Sue Ann S., the breeder behind Sullivan's Bloodhounds located in Freeport, OH. Our dogs are our beloved companions. We care deeply about this breed and are proud to be responsible Bloodhound breeders. In order to start our puppies off on the right paw, we begin training and socializing at a young age so they are set up for success in their new homes. We prioritize the health and well-being of each one of our puppies and follow all appropriate puppy health protocols.

Price
“The price includes full AKC registration $1500, limited registration (pet only) $1000. Will be vet checked wormed and 1st shots. All the puppies are the same price, despite color or gender. The difference in price is whether you want future breeding rights, that will cost you more and requires Full AKC registration.”

Litter update on 17 Aug 2025 •…Mercy began delivering pups today @ 3pm. It's now almost midnight and I think she's done. 4 black and tans and 2 Reds. 2 B&T females and 1 red female. 1 red and 2 B&T males. Mercy is doing great and is a very good mama! ❤️

Haven is our newest female. She is a full coated liver and tan. She came to us from a Bloodhound breeder out of North Carolina. She will be the future dam in our breeding program. She is an active , crazy pup now. She loves toys, playing in water, and other dogs.

Copper is a male Bloodhound. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Sue Ann decided to make him part of their program. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
