Q. & A. with Cyndi
Why did you start breeding?
I was a horse trainer for 40 years. And also bred and raised pembroke welsh corgis, border collies and whippets. Silken windhounds we’re such a unique breed I just fell in love with their quirkiness, beautiful appearance intelligence and trainability.
What makes your program special?
We are just getting started breeding and raising silkens. We got both our female and male puppies from renowned breeder Jennifer Ceballos of Satsuma Silken Windhound …We want to continue to do the best we can for this breed with her help and guidance. Arrow has her UKC championship and Beau has his championship as well They both are canine good citizens and spot on dogs. Both Beau and Arrow have their OFA clearances for heart , eyes and thyroid. They are also embark tested. All the puppies will be microchipped before they leave. They will be up to date on vaccines and wormings and have a health certificate from our vet.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
