I'm Sarah O., the breeder behind Sunnytown Farm Cavapoos located in Sunnyvale, TX. The puppies live inside with us (though we have 10 acres!) and are around 2 border collies along with their mom. We give them plenty of love and attention. They are used to being handled and also living in a home with children (used to loud noises). Born 06/13/25 and ready August sometime.

Why did you start breeding?

Getting a puppy from Sarah
Sarah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $750 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes first round of vaccinations, vet visit, and socialization. We will be very picky as we have fallen very much in love with each pup. Once application is accepted (we intend to be very picky), the deposit will act as a placeholder for the baby.”

Sarah may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
