I'm Sarah O., the breeder behind Sunnytown Farm Cavapoos located in Sunnyvale, TX. The puppies live with us (though we have 10 acres!) and are around 2 border collies along with their mom. We give them plenty of love and attention. They are used to being handled and also living in a home with children. The current litter was born 06/27/26 and ready August 23rd.

Why did you start breeding?
Nova is the sweetest Cavalier King Charles and we wanted to share her sweet temperament with the world.
What makes your program special?
We are very hands-on and loving with each and every baby!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black and tan, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Sarah

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Sarah partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $750 non-refundable deposit and $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes first round of vaccinations, vet visit, and socialization. We will be very picky as we have fallen very much in love with each pup and want them to go to the best homes. Once application is accepted (we intend to be very picky), the deposit will act as a placeholder for the baby.”

Sarah may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Sarah is not your typical breeder. Her puppies live with the family and they all help with the care. She is very responsive with any questions or concerns. I especially was happy that we could see the pups and the mom before the purchase. Sarah and the family socialized our sweet Tilly and got her started with potty training. Every aspect of the process was perfect. I would recommend her and the puppies to everyone.

My husband and I were looking for a male Cavapoo, and the moment I saw Lincoln's picture, I fell in love. I contacted Sarah, and she graciously allowed us to visit and meet him in person so we could feel completely comfortable before making him a part of our family.
