I'm Dawne T., the breeder behind Sunset Ranch and Kennel located in Double Springs, AL. I strive to produce quality puppies that have wonderful temperaments. As a breeder, it is my responsibility to prioritize each of my puppies’ overall health and temperament and to ensure that they are loved and well cared for before joining their forever homes. We begin working dog obedience.

Why did you start breeding?
It is my passion to responsibly breed, raise, and socialize healthy and happy puppies so that others can enjoy the gift of living life with a German Shepherd! My primary focus is to produce dogs with solid temperaments, great health, and sound moderate structure. My dogs work hard, play hard, love hard, and are part of the family. I prepare all of our pups to excel in life.What makes your program special?
I cherish all of my animals and enjoy sharing the love of this wonderful breed with other individuals and families! I have high expectations for my puppies and make sure to place each one in an enriching and loving home that will match their temperament and personality. Dawne has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Dawne may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Moxxy
Moxxy is a beautiful, loving, calm, and obedient German Shepherd Dog. She is healthy and has hip and elbow certifications from SV in Europe. Her first x-rays that were sent to OFA were not done correctly. We had them redone by an orthopedic veterinarian and SV certified them.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
