Alana and the team at Sweeter Than Honey were fantastic throughout the whole process! They are very organized and we felt informed about each step, from initial interest in their litter, to the day our puppy came home, and beyond! Alana quickly responded to any questions we had and is incredibly friendly! We would highly recommend her if you are considering a Golden Retriever!

We had an amazing experience working with Alana and Felicia! From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative, answering all of our questions with patience and care. It’s clear they are passionate about their dogs and truly invested in their well-being. As a mother-daughter team, they bring a personal touch that made the whole process feel special. They kept us updated with regular photos and videos, ensuring we felt connected to our puppy even before bringing them home. Their support didn’t stop at pick-up day—they’ve continued to check in and offer guidance, showing how much they care about both their puppies and the families they go to. We couldn’t be happier with our sweet, well-socialized pup, and we highly recommend Sweeter Than Honey to anyone looking for a responsible and loving breeder.

We recently adopted a golden retriever puppy from Sweeter Than Honey, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their communication was exceptional. They were always prompt in responding to our questions and provided detailed updates about the puppies, including health checks, progress, and temperament. They clearly care deeply about their dogs and ensure the puppies are well-socialized and cared for before they go to their new homes. The process was smooth, and I felt confident every step of the way. If you’re looking for a breeder who is professional, transparent, and genuinely invested in their dogs, I highly recommend Sweeter Than Honey. Luna is healthy, happy, and already a beloved member of our family!

I communicated solely with Alana about STH and bringing home one of their puppies from the most recent litter. Alana was extremely responsive, helpful, kind, and gave me so many updates in the weeks leading up to bringing home our puppy. We are already working with a trainer to help us adjust with our pet and she has stated multiple times how well bred and healthy our pup is. Our veterinarian has made the same remarks. She was impressed by STH note on visiting the vet after bringing home our dog, how adjusted our puppy seemed, and most importantly how healthy. STH does amazing work from the time the puppies are born until it’s time for them to go home. I think this creates really great dogs they are confident and easy to train. I am already trying to figure out when I can bring home another STH golden.

Alana and her Mom were fantastic to work with! They answered questions up front, they sent pictures when asked, and they kept their social media updated daily after the puppies weee born. They were very personable and kind, from our first inquiry to pick up. Plus, all they do to care for the puppies and prep them - crate train, temperament testing, ID chips, and first vet visit is amazing. Highly recommend!
