Why did you start breeding?
I'm mentored by Sharon Merriam with DaeShars Designer Doodles. She's been a family friend for 20+ years. I feel in love with this breed and strive to continue to improve the sheepadoodle breed.
What makes your program special?
We breed for genetic and temperament health. I'm a small breeder and only breed 1 dog a year. I'm strive to provide happy, healthy, well socialized and life-long family members.

Getting a puppy from Sydney
Sydney has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include between $1,800 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Our price includes first vaccinations, regular deworming, dewclaw removal, microchip, 5 year health guarantee, all supporting documentation and daily socialization as well as a puppy pack. I don't believe in non-refundable deposits. People are welcome to place a deposit but it is not required. Your application will hold a puppy for you.”

About Georgie
Georgie is a female Sheepadoodle. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Sydney decided to make her part of their program. Sydney has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
