    We wanted to do our part to preserve and better the breed. Our breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the Norwich Terrier while placing an emphasis on producing puppies of superior health, temperament, and conformation. We are passionate about these dogs and have built that love and respect for the breed into every aspect of our program.
  • What makes your program special?

    Taliesin is committed to only breeding dogs that meet the strict guidelines for quality that we have deemed appropriate to preserving and improving this wonderful breed. We are very dedicated to what we do and what we are trying to achieve as breeders. We work with passion, heart, and integrity, and we truly want what's best for the Norwich Terrier line. We routinely scope the upper airway of all of our breeding stock.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
