I'm Sandy H., the breeder behind Tater's Tots located in Georgetown, KY. I'm a huge dog and animal lover at heart. I currently live on my "mini farm" with horses, mini donkeys, chickens, and dogs. I've owned and shown English Mastiffs over the years, and now I'm blessed to have my bestie basset hound Tater...my heart dog. I absolutely love this breeds energy, their loyalty, loving personality, and constant drive to do what they do best...nose to the ground hunting rabbits or whatever varmint they can find. Life is always an adventure with a basset and I will never be without one.

Why did you start breeding?
I owned an English Mastiff that I showed and bred 8 years ago. She had a litter of 14 puppies which was a real experience.. since the momma had no milk! It was a lot of work but the rewards of watching the puppies grow and go into their new homes was so worth it. Several were very successful in the show ring, and the rest became wonderful pets.What makes your program special?
Since I co-own my girl, we were very selective with who we selected to breed with. Keeping the breed standard as close to perfect as possible is what any breeder should strive for. These puppies were evaluated as show quality, and this breeding is exactly what we were looking for.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black white and brown. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

I reserve the right to decline any application or refuse the sale of the puppy if I believe the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy. In such a case, any deposit already paid will be refunded in full.”

“This price includes AKC registration, all age appropriate vaccinations, deworming and socialization. Both puppies are the same price.”
