I'm Sherri W., the breeder behind The Doodle Gang located in Sioux Falls, SD. Our program is committed to only breeding dogs that we feel are excellent representations of their standard and will positively contribute to their breed and the families who love them. We do not breed our dogs unless they are fully healthy and genetically tested. We are dedicated to always having responsible policies when it comes to breeding, socializing, and training our pups. We strive to breed healthy, quality pups that can fit any lifestyle.

Why did you start breeding?
My current female came to live with us at 8 wks old as a family pet. We loved her playful demeanor and soft fluffy curls. I began researching the breeding process and 3 years later, she had her 1st litter! I've been blessed with long-time friends (past breeders) and new friends (breeding mentors) to help me navigate this journey.What makes your program special?
I feel our breeding program is special because we raise our puppies in the home. We start off with converting a guest room into a whelping area for mom and pups until they reach 3.5-4 wks old. Then we convert our dining room into a play/crate area so that the pups are always close by. We have high expectations for our puppies and make sure to place each one in an enriching and loving home that will match their temperament and personality. We love what we do and truly want the very best for our puppies and their forever families.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

“Also included are vaccinations, dewclaw removal, ENS training, socialization training, crate training, potty training, health guarantee, and CKC registration. All of our pups are the same prices regardless of color, size, gender. Breeding rights will only be given with proof of genetic/health testing of your pup.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
