I'm Megan F., the breeder behind The Golden Roo located in Minneapolis, MN. We are a small in-home family raised breeder with a three-phase program! We do ENS ESI & Puppy Culture! We offer a health guarantee & life long support!
Q. & A. with Megan
Why did you start breeding?
My mother-in-law is a retired Goldendoodle breeder and she taught me all the basics. I then took a few years to learn everything I could before making the decision to breed. Once I understood the importance of intentional and ethical breeding I chose to start my own program called The Golden Roo!
What makes your program special?
What sets us apart are the relationships that I have formed with every family! I make an effort to include them in the puppies journey through live videos, photos, etc. We do ENS and follow all the Puppy Culture protocols to give the puppies the best possible start! We not only care for the puppies for the first 8 weeks but those relationships continue long after the family receives their puppy!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
