I'm Randi F., the breeder behind The Mighty Quinn Shilohs located in Bartlett, TN. I’ve loved Shiloh Shepherd since 2012 and started The Mighty Quinn Shilohs in 2022 to raise healthy, well-socialized family companions. Our puppies are raised in-home with hands-on care, and all parents undergo OFA hips/elbows, Holter, DM, and cardiac health testing.

Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with Shiloh Shepherd in 2012 after getting my first one and living with the breed for years. That experience led me to begin breeding in 2022 with a goal of producing health-tested, well-tempered companions that truly reflect what I love about the breed.What makes your program special?
My program is home-based, not kennel-raised, with puppies raised right in my home as part of the family. I prioritize temperament and health with OFA hips/elbows, Holter, DM, and cardiac testing. Puppies are TSSR registered and receive daily handling, early socialization, and constant interaction.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and tan, black and silver, black and cream, black and beige, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
