I'm Danielle S., the breeder behind The Noodle Nest located in New Port Richey, FL. We are a small program with only one breeding pair. They are our family dogs that sleep in our bed and get the best care possible. I believe that giving puppies a great start is crucial for long term health and development. That’s why I only use premium puppy food, and take so much extra time planning their setup. Every detail that goes into raising them is intentional. We love going above and beyond to raise the most well adjusted puppies! The parents are DNA tested for genetic disease, and have their OFA basic cardiac and OFA patellas. They both also have several champions in their pedigree.

Danielle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Danielle partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“Most of the time a deposit secures your spot on the list and we match puppies at 6 weeks old based on temperament. In cases where a litter is small with limited options, I allow buyers to reserve a specific puppy early. ”

“Pups come with limited AKC registration, first round of vaccines, age appropriate dewormings, a Florida health certificate, some starter puppy food, and a blanket that smells like the mom. The AKC paperwork that I give includes a coupon for a free vet exam. I do have payment plans set up through Klarna as well. The non refundable deposit is due at birth and the rest is due before pickup.”
Danielle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Danielle offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Danielle directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.

Our time left with these babies is just flying by. Today I called and scheduled their vet appointment for next week. They go home the weekend after that! We sure will miss them! I am very impressed with how strong and healthy they all are. I know each family is going to appreciate how much love and work we put into raising them. They are brave, bold, and well adjusted. I think they are the cleanest litter I’ve ever had too because they potty so well on the grass mat! Now it’s time to start planning which toys and goodies I’ll be sending home with each puppy. 🥹🩷

These babies change so much every week 🩷 in 2 days they will be 6 weeks old, and their going home date will be here before we know it.

The babies are 5 weeks old! Today was their second nail trim and they all did great. Blue figured out how to escape the nest already so we upgraded to our taller pen 😂. They are also doing really well with their potty training! At this point about 80% of the pees are going on the grass mat and 100% of the poops!

Chilis babies are 4 weeks old! 🥰

Today the pups are 3 weeks old and they are starting to develop their little personalities and sass! We are having so much fun watching them grow. They are walking, playing, and starting to get acquainted with their potty patch. This week they will be started on high quality puppy mousse.

Today the babies are officially 7 days old and they have all doubled in size. Blue is already over a pound! He’s a big beautiful boy. Lucky and Violet are not far behind. Look at those chubby bellies!

The puppies are 5 days old and getting so big and strong! Last night was the first night they wiggled right out of the nest. Now we have the heating pad under the mat just in case they roll away from the warmth of their mom. It’s so fun seeing them all pass out after each feeding 💕😂. We are over the moon that they are all healthy and growing like weeds. This is Lucky, the last pup available!

The babies are rapidly growing and Violets little nose is already starting to turn black!

Chili is such a good mom that she refuses to leave the nest. Of course we bring the food and water to her in a tea cup! 💕🌸

Italian Greyhound
About Chili
Chili (we call her Weenie) is such a fun and intelligent girl. She has the sweetest face and loves her belly rubbed. She wins hearts everywhere she goes! She enjoys being carried around like a baby and loves kids. Her puppies are expected to be snuggly, smart, colorful, and conformationally correct. Chili is DNA tested CMD clear and carries one copy of EH. Scooter is clear so no puppies will be affected.

Italian Greyhound
About Scooter
Scoopy as we call him is the most incredible little dog. He is gentle, inquisitive, and snuggly. This breed is known for its difficulty in potty training and fearfulness with loud noises. Scooter is living proof that Italian greyhounds don’t have to be that way! He is 100% potty trained (his puppyhood was a breeze) and he is loyal even off leash. This sweet guy doesn’t have a single behavior that I would change. He truly is an exceptional representation of the breed. Trust me, you want a puppy from him. He is one in a million! Scooter is dna tested clear for EH and CMD

My husband and I recently lost our 14-year- old Chiweenie to cancer. For my husband the pain of losing him was not near as bad as not having his "lap buddy" anymore. We did research on many dog breeds and decided that an Italian Greyhound would best fit our lifestyle. I figured finding a reputable breeder would be a challenge. I was pleased to come across the Good Dog app and even more pleased when I came across Danielle's post. We were impressed at what we read. I began messaging her and she responded almost immediately with answers to my questions and sent me helpful information. After reserving our puppy, Danielle kept us posted on his growth and progress. She started using the name we chose for him so that he was used to it by the time we picked him up. She often sent us pictures and videos. She also agreed to start feeding him the puppy food which we were planning on using when he was ready so he would be used to that too. We loved that she raised the puppies in her home and they were socialized with children. She also noise desensitized them and started potty training them on a grass pad. All things I never would have thought about but it made his transition into our home easier. We've had Ryker for a week now. He came into our home well adjusted and comfortable with us. We can't be more pleased!!!

Working with Danielle to bring home my Italian Greyhound, Juniper, was an absolute dream from start to finish! From our very first interaction, Danielle was incredibly organized, attentive, and responsive. She truly went above and beyond, providing me with all the information I needed—and more—to feel completely prepared. Her support throughout the process gave me so much confidence stepping into everything. You can instantly tell how much care and dedication she puts into her puppies. Juniper arrived friendly, wonderfully socialized, and was already peeing outside on the grass! I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a sweeter new companion. If you are looking for a dedicated, supportive, and top-tier breeder, I cannot recommend Danielle highly enough! Thank you for making this such a beautiful experience!
