I'm Patricia L., the breeder behind TiPi S Ranch's German Shepherds located in Bedias, TX. We have had some of our pups go to Police departments, and several for service dogs to Vets for help with items. A couple have been emotional support dogs for Autisium children. We try to keep in contact as they grow with there new family, our web page has letters, & pictures from our past pups.

  • What makes your program special?

    We do not over breed. We let our dogs retire right here on the ranch after there threw breeding age We do not sell them off. There our baby's. Only 1 to 2 litters a year, sometimes in 2 years, the health & safety of our fur baby's is top concern.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include stock, long, and plush coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black seal, sable, black, black and cream, black and silver, bi-color, black and tan, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Patricia has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Patricia partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape.

“We don't let anyone handle puppys untill there eyes are open and there getting around, usually 3 to 4 weeks. Then we can start the process of pairing. If you see a picture and want that specific put, thats ok also as many choose that way. We want our puppys to have life long homes and your family just as happy as our puppy 🐶 ❤ ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“$1500.00 with spay neuter contract. Full Breeding rights $3000. All our puppies come with AKC papers $500.00 for non breeding, Or Breeding Deposit.”

  • DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
