I'm Tammy E., the breeder behind TJ's Silver Paws Miniature Schnauzers located in Parker, PA. I am a small hobby breeder of carefully selected Miniature Schnauzers. I breed to the AKC standards, and it is my goal to better the breed. As a breeder, I feel a sense of responsibility to prioritize each of my puppies’ overall health and temperament and to ensure that they are loved and well cared for before joining their forever homes.

Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with this breed by default. I have always loved the look of a Schnauzer but had no experience with the brewed as a child growing up. When my son was born and quickly proved to have asthma and allergies, we looked into a “hypoallergenic breed”. I found the Mini Schnauzer to be a perfect fit for our family and the rest is history. Now with over 20 years experience, it’s still great!What makes your program special?
Breeding these beautiful dogs is something that I take very seriously. I do not do this as a means to make a living. This is something that I have researched and truly love to do. It brings me great joy to raise healthy, beautiful, well-adjusted puppies and find great, loving homes for them. They bring a lot of happiness to each person they touch!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white, black and silver, black, and salt and pepper. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Tammy
Tammy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The pet price includes the health guarantee, first round of shots, regular deworming, a solid start on house training and socialization. All puppies are available on a pet agreement, which means the puppies will require spay or neutering at the appropriate age. AKC registration is available per request.”
