I'm Natalia M., the breeder behind Top Shepherd Perlez located in San Rafael, CA. We are a small family-run kennel with plenty of love and attention for every one of our dogs. Our dogs are our family! Our dogs are bred following all the breeds' health standards. We want to share the joy of having a pet friend with as many people as possible!

Why did you start breeding?
Everything started from love; love for German Shepherds and later for Pembroke Corgis. When you love dogs, you want to share this love with others.What makes your program special?
Our dogs and puppies are family members, respected and loved. Our kennel is small, so every dog receives needed love and attention.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our German Shepherd puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our German Shepherd puppies include sable and black and red. Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include red and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

We are so in love with our puppy from Natalia. We get constant compliments on how beautiful she is. She is not only beautiful but her temperament is excellent. She is so sweet and extremely smart. As soon as we got the puppy we knew she would be an amazing dog. I’m so in love with her and just so happy and pleased. If you are on the fence I 100 percent recommend this breeder. She obviously very much cares about her dogs and puppies. They’re treated as part of the family.
