I cannot say enough good things about Angel and Torgun Police Dogs. From the beginning, Angel was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure I ended up with the right dog for what I was looking for. I wasn’t simply looking for a Belgian Malinois because I liked the breed. I specifically wanted a working-line Malinois with the genetics, temperament, drive, confidence, and ability to develop into the type of dog I could seriously work and train with. Kane has been exactly that. Angel took the time to understand what I needed and matched me with a puppy that fit those expectations extremely well. Kane has turned out to be an incredible young dog. He is intelligent, athletic, extremely food motivated, eager to learn, and has a natural desire to engage and work with me. He learns incredibly quickly and has shown great potential in obedience, engagement, tug work, environmental exposure, and everything else I have introduced him to. At the same time, he has an excellent off switch and is capable of being affectionate and relaxed in the house. That balance was extremely important to me. One of the things that has impressed me most is his temperament. Kane is very bonded to me, naturally attentive, curious, and constantly learning. As he has matured, I have been able to see more and more of the quality behind his breeding. He has the energy and intensity I wanted from a working-line Malinois without feeling like I was simply handed a high-drive dog and left to figure everything out myself. There is a tremendous difference between breeding dogs just for energy and breeding dogs with purpose, and I believe that difference shows in Kane. Angel also clearly cares about the dogs she produces beyond the point of sale. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I always felt comfortable asking questions or reaching out. She knows her dogs, understands the breed, and takes matching the right puppy to the right home seriously. That mattered tremendously to me because with a working breed, especially a Belgian Malinois, the correct match between genetics, temperament, handler, and lifestyle can make all the difference. Kane has exceeded my expectations and has become exactly the dog I hoped he would be. He has an incredible amount of potential, and watching him develop has only made me more confident that I chose the right breeder. I wanted a serious working-line Belgian Malinois that I could build a strong relationship with, train extensively, and continue developing for years, while still having a dog that could live successfully with me at home. That is exactly what I received. I would absolutely recommend Angel and Torgun Police Dogs to anyone who truly understands the Belgian Malinois and is looking for a thoughtfully bred, serious working-line dog. I could not be happier with Kane, the experience I had with Angel, or the quality of dog she produced. Kane is exactly what I wanted and needed in a working-line Belgian Malinois, and the more he develops, the more impressed I am with him. There is no question where my next Malinois will come from. I will be getting my second Malinois from Angel and Torgun Police Dogs in the near future.
