After the heartbreaking loss of our puppy a couple of weeks prior, and a distressing experience with a scam rescue group, we were feeling quite vulnerable. Jennifer listened patiently as we shared our stories, demonstrating a genuine understanding of our situation. To further reassure us, she arranged a video call where we could meet our little Lana. It was heartwarming to see the loving, homely environment where she was raised, which truly put our minds at ease. The entire process was not only pleasant but also filled with support and transparency. Jennifer's commitment and love to her puppies and their new families is evident, and I truly appreciate everything she did for us. I look forward to working with her again in the future; her kindness and professionalism are exceptional!

I made my purchase at the very last moment and Jennifer and her husband were very kind to meet us more than halfway geographically to pick up the our puppy. They were friendly, authentic people, and I felt very comfortable with the transaction. The entire transaction via the Good Dog website was very efficient.
