𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳. Three weeks old today, and this is when everything slowly starts to shift. The puppies are spending more time awake and are finally beginning to use their little legs with purpose instead of just scooting. Their eyes and ears are fully open now, so they’re reacting to voices, movement, and each other. They’re starting to mouth and “chew” on their littermates, practicing those early social skills, and we’re hearing more grumbles, squeaks, and tiny barks every day. Coordination is still wobbly, but improving a bit more each morning! This week we’ll continue regular handling, keep up with nail trims, and begin introducing simple, age-appropriate sensory exposure, nothing overwhelming, just gentle sounds, different textures, and short interactions. It’s a foundational stage, and even though they still sleep a lot, you can truly see their little personalities beginning to take shape. We have availability on this litter! 𝒪𝓃𝑒 𝑜𝒻 𝓂𝓎 𝒻𝒶𝓋𝑜𝓇𝒾𝓉𝑒 𝓅𝒶𝓇𝓉𝓈 One of my favorite parts about raising puppies is that they grow up surrounded by kiddos aka my siblings of all ages, from 6 years old all the way up to 21. That means they get endless exposure to different sights, sounds, energy levels, and personalities. There’s always someone talking to them, holding them, giggling around them, or quietly sitting nearby. It creates confident, people-loving pups that adjust quickly to real family life. And honestly… if I can’t find one of my siblings siblings, I already know where to look, the whelping pen. There’s always a kiddo curled up in there “helping,” snuggling, or supervising like it’s their full-time job. These moments might seem small, but they make a big difference in how well-rounded these babies become. 𝐌𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠🤎🍁 Let’s talk about holiday scammers, because this time of year they come out of the woodwork. We all know scammers exist year-round, but something about the holidays makes it even worse. Families are excited, emotions are high, and people are trying to surprise their kids or partner with the perfect new pup… and sadly, that’s exactly when the scammers strike. They know people are in a rush, they know folks want that “Christmas morning moment,” and they do everything they can to prey on those feelings. These aren’t harmless little internet trolls. These are people who will steal photos, fake pages, fake contracts, create fake “delivery drivers,” and tug at your heartstrings just to get a deposit out of you. They’ll send the same photo to multiple families, vanish once they’re paid, and leave people heartbroken. 🚩𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙝𝙪𝙜𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙜?🚩 A legit breeder will have an established website or a long-standing, personal Facebook/Instagram page, whereas a Scammer will not. Scammers almost always use profiles named things like “Mini Goldendoodles For Sale” or “Cute Puppies Ready Now.” No real breeder uses a generic salesy name like that, ever. That alone is a tell-tale sign you’re dealing with a scam. So let’s talk about ways to protect yourself (and your heart): ✅ Ask to FaceTime or video call. A real breeder will happily show you the puppies, & even themselves on camera. Scammers will always dodge this. ✅ Ask for references. Legit breeders have previous families who will gladly vouch for their program. ✅ Ask about health testing, OFAs, and lineage. Ethical breeders are transparent. Scammers usually don’t even know what OFA means. ✅ Slow down—don’t get rushed. Pressure tactics like “Deposit now!” or “I have 10 people waiting” are giant red flags. ✅ Pay attention to their page. Is it new? Generic? Filled with blurry stock photos? That’s not a breeder, that’s a scammer. ✅ Trust your gut. If something feels off, it probably is. Adding a puppy to your family should be a joyful, exciting moment, not a trap for scammers looking to ruin your holiday. Stay cautious, stay informed, and protect yourself from the heartbreak these people cause.

𝙇𝙚𝙩’𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙨𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚 We all know dams are important, but the sire plays "just as big" of a role in the temperament, structure, and overall quality of a litter, and honestly, they don’t get the spotlight nearly enough. Twig, my Mini Poodle stud, deserves every bit of it. He has sired each of my F1b Toy Aussiedoodle litters and by golly… I couldn’t be more impressed with what he consistently produces!! Twig brings that “match your energy” vibe to the table, cuddly when you want calm, playful when you’re ready to move, and always tuned in to his people. He’s incredibly human-focused, eager to please, loves being with his mom aka me, and carries himself with that sweet confidence that makes Poodles so special. His puppies reflect all of that: bright, affectionate, intuitive, and easy to work with from the start.
