Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with the breed while attending a dog show many years ago & plan on being in the show ring soon! We love chunky, wrinkly, and happy puppies. It is important to us that we only breed what should be bred. All parents are genetically health tested & we ensure proper confirmation before breeding. We want to make sure your pup has a long and healthy life.What makes your program special?
We offer FaceTime or Zoom meetings for all potential new families. We understand that there are MANY scams out there and want to make sure new families are comfortable with us and meet their pup! We also keep in contact with many of our puppy families, many have more than one pup from us.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Brittany has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Brittany partners with them to find the best puppy match.

"All puppies come: from health tested parents & will be clear of issues de-wormed x4 proper vaccinations up to their age microchipped love. The deposit will guarantee that the puppy is yours! If something happens on our end the deposit will be refunded."

From the time Poppy was just 5-6 weeks old she was different from our other Bassets. It is a bit hard to describe, but she seemed like an old hound in a puppy's body. She was prim and proper from a young age. She would play, and still does, but would rather sit at my side or sit back and watch the others play most of the time. She is an old soul.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thrombopathia, Basset Hound Type, Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Disease, X-Linked, Basset Hound Type (XSCID), Primary Open Angle Glaucoma, Basset Hound Type
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brittany from Triple Hill Farm. Everything from start to finish was smooth, and you can truly see how much care and knowledge she puts into her breeding program. Our Basset Hound puppy Eugene is incredibly healthy, well socialized, and has the sweetest temperament. He’s confident, affectionate, and even more beautiful in person. We were sent home with a detailed folder that included his vaccine records, AKC registration paperwork, and a health certificate, which made us feel very prepared and at ease. Brittany also packed us a travel bag for him with some kibble, pee pads and pet wipes that really came in handy! Overall, Brittany was professional, responsive, and a AMAZING to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well bred, healthy, and happy puppy!
