I'm Nancy W., the breeder behind Turkey Ridge Brussels Griffons located in Berkeley Springs, WV. We breed rough coats, beige, and reds. We adore each and every one of our dogs and strive for excellence in every aspect! We give our dogs the best lives possible. We are looking for families and individuals that will provide our puppies with the same level of love and care.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I fell in love with the Brussels Griffon I received as a gift. Enjoyed him so much that I decided he was too cool not to share. 14 years later I'm still spreading the word about this neat little dog. They are great dogs for an active family or single outdoorsman, as well as for homebodies. My pups are all over the USA and Paris. I travel vicariously through the adventures my pups take. Have to say a bit jealous at times.

  • What makes your program special?

    I think of my dogs' health and happiness first. They are underfoot never far away. We gently wean and work on potty training and crate training. We socialize pups to everyday events. I encourage thinking before you get a pup. They do not come totally housebroken, they cry the first few nights-these sweet babies need attention and patience all day every day. They are fast pups. Know your limits.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red and belge. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

    Nothing but good things to report about Nancy at Turkey Ridge! After soooo many scammers attempting to take advantage of me online I decided to go with Good Dog. I felt comfortable with their ability to screen breeders and make sure I wasn’t getting taken for a ride. Brussels are not an easy breed to find which can make it even harder to find someone you can trust. Well, I am happy to report that 6wks ago I met Nancy and took home an amazing puppy that was all she said he would be! He has brought my daughters and I so much joy! We are constantly being asked where we got him because he is absolutely adorable. He is healthy, smart, and already doing so well with training. So grateful we found our sweet boy! Thanks Nancy!
