Gina has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Gina partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We take great care in helping each puppy find the right family. Once families are screened and approved, we work with them throughout the process to consider their preferences, lifestyle, and what they are looking for in a puppy. Some families prefer to choose earlier based on appearance, while others like to wait until we can begin seeing more temperament and personality traits. As the puppies grow, their personalities continue to shine and develop, and we do our best to guide families with honest observations along the way. Our goal is for each family to feel confident and supported while keeping the puppy’s long-term success and well-being at the center of the matching process.”

“The price includes a health guarantee, vet certificate of health, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. A non-refundable $300 deposit reserves your puppy and guarantees their spot is held just for you until they’re ready to go to their forever home at 8-9 weeks of age.”
Gina may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Gina offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Gina directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.

A full heart after puppy delivery day. ♡ All but one of these sweet babies are tucked into their forever homes, and the last one goes home tomorrow. Thank you to our wonderful puppy families for loving them so well.

Happy 4th! Thank you again for giving one of our sweet puppies a loving home! With the summer heat, please remember to keep your puppy cool, indoors as much as possible, and out of hot cars or pavement. Heat can be very dangerous for little puppies.

Our favorite odor remover is on sale! It is pricey so 48 instead of 60 is great! It smells a little different but a little goes a long way. I put a little in the puppy laundry or in my mop soap and then I go back with my pretty smelling mop soap.

Getting close to puppy delivery time. Just 1 week! They are doing so well!

Weeks 6-8 are the most active and they are constantly moving (or sleeping). Getting a good picture can be challenging. If you ask them to be still and they actually do, then they have the saddest look. I promise they are happy puppies.🥰🐾🐾 Here are some funny outtakes from the photo shoot.

Puppies had their first of 3 needed booster shots! They all did great. The next one will be due in 3 weeks when your puppy is with you!

Surprise update from the Boardwalk Treats litter! With 6 red puppies and 1 blonde/tan puppy, the lighter one was easy to tell apart, so we didn’t keep rechecking like we did with the reds. When she was born, she had so much fluffy hair that she fooled us — even the vet had to take a second look! So, surprise… Sunny-D is a girl! Out of all our years of breeding, this has never happened to us before, but she is healthy, sweet, and just as precious as ever. She was simply a sneaky little sunshine baby. Anyone looking for a sweet girl? ♡

Perfect vet check! Great heartbeats and no illnesses or parasites!

After playing all day, they are having their last snack, last drink, potty and some seem ready for bed. 🥰🥰

About Carmel
Carmel is a laid back young man who ventures out around the house and has his certain spots he likes to sit and watch the rest of the house. He dotes on my daughter and follows her around or finds a few of his favorite spots to sit and watch the household run. He is the sweetest boy (hence his name Sweet Carmel). He often will be found with his mate, sitting by her as she is ready to give birth. You will see him doing that in one of the pictures.

About Cora
Cora was our shy little puppy who is now turned into a doting mother. We raised her from birth from a toy poodle sire and a tricolored Cavalier King Charles. She's the first to come when someone is hurt or crying and she kisses their tears away. She is tender hearted to her core and gives the same love and affection to her puppies.

About Penny
Penny is our easy-going girl. She is definitely a cavapoo, liking her snuggles, but does not smother us. She will come sit by us, cuddle and then find a new adventure. We raised Penny from her parents. We have Penny and Cora, litter mates. They are fantastic mothers.

Gina was a tremendous partner in adopting our new puppy, Remy! Her care and communication helped make this a smooth process for both us and the puppy. We were well educated and prepared to bring Remy home and integrate her into our lives. Remy received a glowing report from our vet - a testament to how Gina cares for the puppies while they’re in her home. Will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to adopt a Cavapoo! Thanks, Gina!!

Gina has been so wonderful through this whole process. She is always quick to respond and cares so much! I really appreciated the weekly updates/pics before we picked up our pup. The puppy we brought home is sweet, friendly, and perfectly healthy. She has had no problems being around my young kids or my other dog. We love her already! I can 100% recommend Gina and I know we'll be back for another puppy in the future 🙂

Gina and the boys met me will my beautiful Joy yesterday. Gina had us so well prepared for the 2 1-2 hour trip on back to home. Joy rode in my lap all the way home, cuddling and sleeping. She did get car sick a couple of times on the way home but Gina had prepared me to have paper towels in case that happened. She gave me a baggie of the dogfood Joy has been eating and a piece of blanket with Mama’s scent on it. Initially when we got on the road Joy did start crying but calmed quickly when I put the scented blanket under her little head as she laid up on my chest. When we arrived home I put her in her Xpen and put the kennel in there as well. I leave the kennel door open for her to come and go as she pleases. We both took a nap after arriving home then we had a playtime and cuddling time after we woke up. When it was bedtime I put her kennel on the floor beside my bed. She cried momentarily then snuggled up to her puppy buddy. I had turned on the heartbeat and put the warmer in it. She woke one time during the night, briefly when I got up to go to the bathroom. She went back to sleep and didn’t fuss anymore. She slept the rest of the night and didn’t even stir when I got up for the day was excited to get up when I went in a couple of hours later and she was still curled up with her buddy in her kennel. She was nice and warm when I got her out of the kennel. She loves her buddy and I would highly recommend it to other new puppy parents. I am so thankful for Gina’s quick replies and thorough answers to questions these past weeks while waiting for Joy came to her forever home. I asked lots of questions and Gina was always quick to respond. It is very apparent Joy came from a family with lots of interaction from Gina’s boys. I want all of them to know how much I appreciate the love and care they gave to Joy. They have been a great start to her life and my life with a dog. I could not have found a better breeder family! I am truly thankful for them being so patient when I asked questions and sharing this beautiful puppy with me.

Gina and her family did an amazing job with Coco!!! The process was very smooth since day 1. Gina sent weekly updates and answered any question or concern I had. Coco is the sweetest dog ever. She loves her naps and cuddling in my arms. I can tell she has been around children because she is very gentle and loving. I will definitely recommend Velvet Paws to anyone looking for a fur best friend!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Gina and our whole process of getting Lucy. From the initial FaceTime meeting to the day we picked her up Gina kept us informed consistently and was so responsive. When we picked Lucy up we could tell right away that she came from such a loving home, and she transitioned seamlessly into our family. Lucy hasn’t had a single accident since being home with us, sleeps through the night, and plays with our kids and other pups so well. I’m so grateful for Gina and how much care went into getting Lucy ready to come home. We’ve truly been so blessed by our new sweet puppy.
