I'm Diana M., the breeder behind VHM German Shepherds located in Oakland, OR. We understand the importance of solid foundations and health test our lines to ensure we are breeding to the standards you expect. We are dedicated to raising the bar for thoughtful breeding with optimal health in mind. Getting a puppy from Diana
Diana has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes pre-paid AKC registration, de-worming, age appropriate vaccinations, vet exam, microchip, gift basket (containing current food, scented blanket, leash/collar/harness, toy, bowl) and written hip/health guarantee. Deposits can be moved to another litter if gender/temperament requested is not available for up to two years. On rare occasions where we won't be having any litters for an extended period of time and don't have the appropriate gender available, we will consider a deposit refund on a case by case basis.”
Contract & health guarantee
Diana may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. He's obtained his VD Show Title, his ZVV1 working title and has certified hips/elbows, is DM Clear and is Embark Clear (Scott's Syndrome Carrier). He's a strong, powerful male but affectionate with his people. He's very environmentally sound and confident.

SG Aschenputtel vom Amur, RATI is a sweet girl imported from Germany. She has her SG Conformation title and has participated in Conformation shows, Barn Hunt and Fast Cat. She does well with other dogs, cats and kids. She has certified hips/elbows (a-normal, ZW77), is DM/MDR1 clear, Embark Clear and has DNA on file with the AKC.

About Chasey
The dam is Chase vom Haus Middleton, from our "Y" litter with our Czech Imports, VD Donar Skocicka samota, ZVV1 and Zea Kateko, ZVV1. Chase is a higher energy, medium drive dog who loves to have fun. Her favorite toy is her Jolly Ball, she loves water and chasing the quads around our 20 acre ranch. She's a happy girl who is incredibly smart and excels in her training classes. Chase is extremely athletic and would excel in such areas as agility and Fast CAT. Chase is a long, lean sable girl with a ton of personality and intense focus that I'm sure she will pass down to her puppies. As for health, Chase has certified OFA "excellent" hips and "normal" elbows. She is DM "clear" and has been Embark DNA tested for 256 illnesses known to have a genetic component.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Temperament Test
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
