I'm Dana B., the breeder behind Virag Vizsla located in Texas. Our Vizslas hunt hard, play hard, and love being pets. Our dogs have several titles from running and confirmation to diving and hunting, and love couch time. We do everything we can to better the breed and ensure our dogs and puppies are able to get the very best. Performance home preference.
Q. & A. with Dana
Why did you start breeding?
My aunt was a breeder and handler. She convinced me to start showing my first dog. It stuck! Then I decided I wanted to continue her line and promote and better the breed. I invested in a European Vizsla, brought him to Texas and started hunting him. The two are very compatible and make very driven puppies.
What makes your program special?
Breed a versatile dynamic hunting partner who can be an event contender and a perfect family member.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
