Getting a puppy from Stephanie
Stephanie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Stephanie partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“Our puppies are examined by a veterinarian, dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped before going home. All of our puppies will go home with a 26 month health guarantee and AKC registration.”

German Shepherd
About Orsa
She is an intelligent, eager-to-please, and versatile girl. She is a serious female with high ball drive, lots of possession, and natural guarding instincts. Orsa seeks interactions from her people, and she loves a good cuddle. She takes new environments in stride and is growing up to be a powerhouse. Orsa has been started on sheep and she has been a fast learner. She is currently training for IGP and shows fantastic potential. We also plan to compete in rally, scent work and agility. Orsa was shown at the 2023 Mid East regional, where she placed VP2 in a competitive class of 7 dogs. She obtained her SG1 at the 2024 MER regional. Both judges complimented Orsa on her correct angulation all around, straight top line, movement, lovely head and her expression. Orsa obtained her WB temperament test and BH summer 2026. She will complete the requirements for her CHIC Fall 2026.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Temperament Test, Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
