I'm Emily J., the breeder behind Vom Hausgladfel located in Nacogdoches, TX. Our Goal is to produce quality German shepherds as lifelong companions that are capable of being athletic, healthy, versitile, well tempered, and stunning. In order to acheive this goal, we work primarily with imported dogs out of West German Show Lines. All of our dogs have their hips and elbows done through SV with passing results, have passed their WB (temperment test), and are DM tested. We also work towards titling our breeding stock in both conformation and schutzhund (bite work). We will always prioritize quality and health over quantity! While our dogs are bred for show/sport, many of our puppies have also thrived as service dogs, personal protection dogs, and family companions!

Emily has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Emily partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
“We carefully match each puppy to their home based on temperament and personality. Puppies are evaluated alongside our trainer at 6–7 weeks of age to ensure the best possible fit for each family.”

“Puppies come UTD on shots and dewormer, AKC registration, and are socialized. Puppies started on potty and crate training. This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE, but can be transferred to another puppy within 2 litters. If no other puppy is chosen after 2 litters, the deposit becomes FORFEIT.”
Emily may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Emily offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Emily directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Emily.

About Talia
SG1 Talia van de Ianhoeve IGP2, KKL 25-26' V Team Zilber Wasserfall Chervony Tuz x SG Olala vom Haus an der Scheine SV HD/ED: f.normal/normal DM clear "Very good head, very good mask formation. High withers, firm back, the slightly sloping croup is still of good length. Good front angulation, very good rear angulation, balanced chest proportions. Almost straight front and rear, the gaits are delivered fluidly. TSB pronounced." Judge: Thomas Fritsche We imported Talia from Germany when she was 4yrs old. This lovely girl is an impressive dog considering her nice thick bone structure and deep black coat. While we brought her over from Germany, she was actually bred in the Netherlands and then imported to Germany before coming to us in America. Talia is a lovely mother to her puppies who are already preforming well in shows all across Germany! We are excited to have this gentle girl in our program.

Emily was so helpful in finding me the perfect pup! Not only was she informative and answered all of my questions before he came home, but she's also made sure to check in to see how we were all doing and be someone that I could reach out to if I ever had questions or needed anything. She's incredibly knowledgeable, and I can tell that she has a true, deep passion for what she does. Emily puts a lot work into the litters she produces, and I get constant compliments from strangers, veterinarians, and trainers we've worked with in my area. She's given me recommendations of reputable trainers that we may use in the future, and she absolutely knows her stuff. Not only is my pup adorable, but he has a fantastic temperament and drive, and I always hear that he's such a well-bred dog. She's truly given me my best friend; I'm grateful for the work that she put in to make him the healthiest and best GSD that I could ever have. She genuinely loves all of her dogs and their pups and breeds with purpose. Choosing Emily as our breeder was the smartest decision I could have made (for the support she offers, my sanity in having a good/smart pup, and for his future health!)

I've brought my Nero from Vom Hausgladfel and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Emily was very knowledgeable and caring, and it was clear that their puppies were well cared for. The process was smooth, and I felt like Emily really wanted to make sure the pups were going to good homes. I would definitely recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a new furry family member!

Working with Emily was pure joy! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and caring, but my wife & I could tell that she loves the breed and her puppies show it. She was patient with my questions since it had been many years since owning a dog. Our soon to be 6 month old German Shepherd (Beka) has become a member of our family. She is maturing physically as well as emotionally. I highly recommend Emily (Vom Hausgladfel)!

Emily (Vom Hausgladfel GSD) was amazing from the first time I reached out with interest in one of her dogs - through the process of delivering the puppy to my home - and well after. She is responsive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, thoroughly answers any questions that arise, obviously cares a great deal about her puppies. I live in a different state - and Emily was very on top of safely delivering the puppy to me. She is a problem solver. She was very thorough with information on health, feeding, grooming, and training. I have no doubt she would attentively address any concerns or questions I have - at any time during the lifespan of the dog. My boy, Sabo, is stunning - and has the best disposition and has been very easy to train and acclimate to his new environment. Emily is definitely on top of her game - I highly recommend.
