About Ysabel
Ysabel is a stunning, well-balanced female who embodies both elegance and working power. She holds her SG rating, IGP1 title, and KKL breed survey, all earned in Germany — a true testament to her exceptional work ethic, structure, and temperament.
A daughter of Poseidon vom Holtkaemper Hof and Infinity Canine Extreme, Ysabel combines world-class genetics with proven performance. Her movement is effortless and expressive, showing strength, balance, and fluid drive in every stride.
Trained under the German system, Ysabel demonstrates a clear, confident temperament and precise obedience. She is highly intelligent, focused in her work, and deeply loyal to her handler — the kind of dog who gives her all in both training and family life. Her ball drive and eagerness to please make her a joy to work with, while her affectionate, stable nature shines as a family companion.
At Von Ark German Shepherds, Ysabel represents the heart of what we strive to produce — dogs that are as capable on the training field as they are devoted at home. She is one of the cornerstone females of our breeding program, combining beauty, brains, and balanced temperament in every sense.

Breeder-Reported Testing
Excellent level
Von Arc German Shepherds reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for German Shepherds.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Temperament Test
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
