    Our puppies are black and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Erick

Erick has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Erick partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes Akc paperwork, full rights, deworming, current vaccinations at 6 and 8 weeks old, a microchip, and litter certification. The deposit for the puppy is non-refundable. This ensures that the puppy is reserved for you until the day it’s ready to go to its new home.”

Contract & health guarantee

Erick may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Temperament Test

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Our experience with Eric and his wife was amazing! They are super responsive and answer any and all questions. When we arrived at their property they came out and greeted us. They shows us the parents and gave us all information we needed on our little puppy. They even gave us a giant care basket with everything we ever needed. We drove a whole 6 hrs from SF to get little Toji. They gave us an extra puppy water bottle with an attached bowl and a poopy bag holder since we told them we will be hiking a lot with the pup. Our experience was perfect and we will definitely recommend them for anyone we know who is interested in getting a GSD.
