Meet the breeder

I'm Sharon C., the breeder behind von Wolfstal German Shepherds located in Allen, IN. My breeding program is based on the Kirschental bloodlines, all puppies are sold with limited registration until they have hip, elbows, DM testing, and at least a Canine Good Citizen obedience title. Also, each puppy or dog comes with free obedience training with the owner. I strive to make sure every owner has the ability to get the very best out of their puppy.

Q. & A. with Sharon

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got my first German Shepherd by earning him hauling 2 horses for the Breeder. At that time I had no idea what the Kirschental dogs were until I lost mine due to cancer and searched to find one like him. It wasn’t easy to locate what I was looking for in quality so I decided I wanted to breed quality dogs. Having bred Arabian horses my standard for quality was set high.
  • What makes your program special?

My breeding program is based on the famous Kirschental dogs, and I strive to keep the same quality and the older lines such as Aische and Tinkie vom Kirschental. I breed for health, intelligence, and character as well as beauty. Karl Füller was considered to be one of the Premier Breeders in Germany. All of my puppies are sold with free obedience training for the owners and their puppies.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
