Q. & A. with Brittany

  • What makes your program special?

Our Breeding Program Goals At the heart of our German Shepherd breeding program is a clear and intentional vision: to produce well-balanced, healthy, and intelligent dogs that thrive as family companions and trusted partners. Our focus is on temperament, trainability, and health, ensuring each pup is a lifelong asset to their home. Family-Oriented Companions We prioritize dogs that are gentle, affectionate, and stable in temperament—ideal for households with children, other pets, or first-time dog owners. Our German Shepherds are raised in family settings and socialized early, fostering deep bonds with people from the start. Medium Drive, With an “On/Off” Switch We breed for moderate energy levels—not too high, not too low. These dogs are eager and athletic when it's time to play or train, yet calm and relaxed in the home environment. This “on/off switch” makes them versatile companions, equally happy going on adventures or lounging by your side. Level-Headed and Emotionally Stable Our shepherds are bred to be confident, balanced, and level-headed—traits that make them less prone to anxiety or reactivity. This emotional steadiness is key for family living and for those interested in therapy, service, or light working roles. Smart, Willing, and Easy to Train German Shepherds are renowned for their intelligence, and we aim to preserve that through careful selection. Our dogs are quick learners, willing to please, and responsive to training, making them a great fit for both novice and experienced dog owners. Health-Tested for Generations We are committed to the long-term well-being of the breed. All of our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing, including evaluations for hips, elbows, and genetic conditions common to the breed. This ensures our puppies have the best possible start in life and reduces the risk of inherited health issues.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include stock and plush coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, black, and bi-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
