    I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how Major is doing after our first week together! He is doing absolutely awesome. You can totally tell you started working with the puppies early because he is already doing so well with potty training. He’s super playful and is getting along great with our other dogs. We’re also really impressed with how smart he is, he already knows his name and is responding to "sit" and "stay." Crate training was a little rough for the first three nights, but he has gotten so much better. Plus, with four women in the house, he is definitely getting all the love and attention he can handle! After losing our last Malinois a couple of years ago, we really wanted to make sure we found the perfect fit for our family, and we couldn't be happier. I’d absolutely recommend you to anyone looking for their next dog. Throughout the whole process, you were so responsive and we loved getting the pictures and videos of the puppies as they developed. When we came to pick him up, your setup was just perfect for Malinois. Everything was incredibly clean, and it was so cool to meet not only Major's parents but his grandmother as well.     I picked up my female Belgian Mali from Bernard just after New Years and I have to say she's exactly what I'd hoped for, a confident but balanced puppy with very good drive and very smart. With working dogs, there is no substitute for excellent genetics and Barnard has some great Malis from Europe that are excellent with very solid bloodlines.

    It was great working with Bernard. We stayed in communication regularly and he shared photos and videos throughout the process. Bernard was even very kind and understanding when I had a tire blow out when I was on the way to pick up my puppy Gunther and I was able to meet Bernard later than planned. Gunther is settling in great with my family and kids and hes learning very quick how to potty outside. As time goes on he will be fully trained as a service Dog, and a protection Dog.
